The ProFence air fence is a result of decades of expertise within membrane construction combined with long experience of air-regulation and ventilation technology for mines and tunnels. The product is manufactured in Protan Lesjöfors, near the heart of Swedish Speedway. The quality of Protan ProFence is based on well-proven production techniques and a careful material selection of PVC membranes which is able to resist wear, fire and other physical effects – Protan 780 grade with all joins high-frequency welded. The ProFence Speedway is produced in reinforced sections of 3 or 6 metres. The sections are connected by Velcro on the front and snap-hook couplings on the top and bottom rear of the section. The kickboard is produced in an extra thick PVC-membrane – Protan Symetricon - which is shaped and covered with gravel in order to give a secure mounting to ground.
ProFence Speedway is available in two formats
1. ProFence Speedway - a product range with air fences and fans for full-sized
speedway tracks.
2. ProFence Junior Speedway- a product range for junior speedway on the inner
track of full-size speedway tracks.
The air supply is secured with two fans in every curve.
