Protan`s experience and know-how in coating textiles with PVC is put to use in a wide range of areas. The products are used for plastic structures all over the world - from arctic regions to the tropics - warehouses, aircraft, hangars, sports hall, hospital tents, speedway, waterstorage and distribution. Tarpaulins protect goods and material at building sites, in harbours, industry and agriculture. Sealing material for rock caverns and road tunnels stop water seepage. Sophisticated product development has enabled Protan to manufacture bags in large and gigantic dimensions for sorage and sea transport of fresh water or temporary recovery and storage for oil spills. Protan`s coated wallpapers are produced in a number of colours, patterns and widths specially designed for machine lamination to boards. The product consist of a paper core with a lightly textured PVC surface. It is primarily used for automatic wallpapering on plasterboard and chipboard.
